Another of our family favourites to share with you – the recipe that is, unfortunately there’s only crumbs left in the tin here!

Chocolate Biscuits – Breast Cancer Awareness Month
If you bake then I’m sure at some point you’ll have baked for a good cause! Whatever the charity, baking is a great way to raise some well needed funds – and we all love a bake sale or coffee morning.
Palmiers – using up Puff Pastry Trimmings
Palmiers – the cooks treat, perfect for using up Puff Pastry Trimmings!
Traditionally you shouldn’t re-roll puff pastry trimmings. It disturbs the buttery layers within the pastry which you’ve worked so hard to create. However, you can. In these times throwing away pastry trimmings is wasteful and I just can’t do it.
Wedding Baking – Tea Cup Biscuits
I thought we’d start off with a project that is really simple but definitely one of those finishing touches that will be ooh’d and aah’d over. By no means limited to weddings these tea cup biscuits can be done for any special occasion including having the girls round for a brew and a slice of cake!
Flapjack – All kinds of ways!
It’s good to have some fail safe recipes you can refer back to when you need to bake but don’t have much time. This flapjack recipe comes from my Great Grandmothers recipe book – just to prove that the old ones are sometimes the best!
