Day 3 – Marshmallow Snowflakes
These seem to be all over the place in the shops at Christmas time so I thought it was time I figured out how we do them at home – and it’s easier than I thought.
Day 2 – Gingerbread Reindeer Barns
How much fun are these? When Lindt sent me a chocolate delivery (yes I know, that’s a great delivery to get) I knew I had to come up with something Christmassy – there was no way I was melting those Reindeer down for truffles!

Just a quick pop in and out to let you know of another exciting project I’ve been working on behind the scenes just recently! I am pleased to say that I am the guest curator of a festive baking sale at Joss & Main this Thursday 13th November at 11.00am.
Day 12 – Potato Skins – Festive Style!
Festive Potato Skins are the last recipe in my 12 Days run. Ideal for feeding hungry children, adding to your buffet table or for using up any Christmas dinner leftovers. These can be done easily with smaller potatoes too if you have lots to feed.

This idea came from Shirley via facebook and I’m so pleased it did – a great twist on the traditional mince pie!

2 egg whites, large
115g caster sugar
Silver ball sprinkles (optional)
